We are traveling in our motorhome with our dogs. We woke up Saturday morning and our Lucy had something wrong with her eye. We went on google, searched out local Emergency Vet’s in Las Vegas and the one with the best overall rating is where we took her. They were great, ran a series of tests and made a prognosis. They called the next day checking up on her. Her eye is clearing up and we’re back to our vacation. Thank you so much!!!

The team at UrgentVet showed genuine understanding of how tough it was for me and Ziggy. They were friendly, compassionate, and professional! The facility was well kept, and everyone I interacted with from the vet techs to the doctor was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. The team genuinely cared so much that I even received a heartfelt card a week after my last visit, expressing their condolences for my loss. Till today, I think about my positive experience with them.

Both of the locations I talked to were helpful and took our dog in even 20 minutes before closing with no complaints. They took great care of our dog and gave her the care she needed and gave us a follow up call the next day which was appreciated. Would recommend!

This Urgent Care was very clean, and the wait was about 2 minutes. I had made an appointment online, and when I arrived, I checked my pet in, and it was very simple and quick.

Absolutely helpful! Amazing service and answered all questions me and my family had about our cat Tulip! Wonderful staff who were thorough and thoughtful. Definitely suggest going here if you rather not go to other emergency vets (unless it’s completely life threatening) that you feel may waste your time plus the appointment system is VERY easy to navigate! They caught something that three other doctors couldn’t and I am very grateful! Dr Paul was absolutely a gem and actually treated Tulip like she was a living breathing being. She finally was able to get the surgery she needed to save her life after being transferred from here to Veterinary Emergency + Critical Care !! Thank you so much UrgentVet Team!!

My husband I took our dog for an emergency exam after he had been sick and he was losing weight rapidly. Dr. Cheryl and Dallas were amazing! They took their time to explain everything to us. After results came back and we made the heartwrenching choice to put our dog to rest, they showed so much compassion and they were both so patient with us as we had our kids come to to goodbye. As any animal mom and dad know laying your loved one to rest is one of the hardest choices to make!! But the compassion and empathy they showed helped so much! Thank you for making this horrible night a little easier! RIP Bear🐾🐾

Had to take our kitty to urgent vet just after hours - they were so kind and gentle with our girl. They diagnosed the problem, addressed it and gave us meds for home. The price was reasonable compared to other emergency vets we’ve gone to. We even asked them if they could be our vet going forward but they only work in urgent care. Excellent experience!

Awesome staff and great experience. We were greeted and roomed right away. Staff was super courteous and understanding of our concerns. The doctor was also incredibly thorough and understanding of our budget, she gave us the best recommendations for his care. Overall an amazing clinic and experience.

We were traveling with our boy, Bob, when he got sick quickly. When living full time in an RV you know something can come up. When searching for a place we came across UrgentVet. They got us in right away. After going over the findings of his test results and how quickly he got worse, we made the decision to to let him go. I was devastated. He had a long life. The staff and doctor were great. Thank you for caring.
